How does the Pathway to Growth work?
In a series of six phone appointments (30 minutes each), Mike will personally guide you (and your team if you'd like) through a process he developed to look at your ministry through the lens of 6 key "stepping stones" (see below). Carefully designed diagnostic questions will pinpoint specific opportunities for growth in your ministry as well as activities that should be minimized or eliminated. The final product is a “Pathway to Growth” Action Plan to help you maximize the resources God has entrusted your ministry with.

What makes the Pathway to Growth unique?
The process is based on 6 "stepping stones" Mike has observed God using in growing ministries - drawing from the collective wisdom and experience of organizations of every size and scope that Mike has personally interacted with:

1. Readiness: What needs to happen before you can expand?
2. Knowledge: Do you know what you need to know about your donors and prospects?
3. Relationship: Are you doing the right things before the gift to build long-term relationships?
4. Solicitation: How are donors being asked to participate financially?
   
5. Feedback: What are you doing after the gift to sustain long-term relationships?
6. Reproduction: What is your strategy for reproducing major gifts?
